We collect your username and password when you log in to our online client portal and we collect any information you upload or otherwise provide through our online client portal, forms, data entry fields, chatbot, and blog comments. We also collect any information you submit through the search field on our website.

Requesters will need to provide us with personal information for us to match with the information we have on file in order to verify their identity and residency. The personal information that we use to verify identity and residency will not be used for any other purpose. California residents have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising their rights under the CCPA. We do not discriminate against California residents who exercise their CCPA privacy rights.
