Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Laws Poster

On May 16, 2019, the U.S. Department of Labor updated the Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Law poster. Pursuant to Executive Order 13496, federal contractors and subcontractors must post this notice to inform employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) to organize and bargain collectively with their employers and to engage in other protected concerted activity. The notice also provides examples of illegal conduct by employers and unions along with National Labor Relations Board contact information.

Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to conspicuously post this notice in plants and offices where employees covered by the NLRA perform contract-related activity, including all places where notices to employees are customarily posted both physically and electronically.
