We also look for talents that maybe aren't listed in the job description - we call them super powers. Super powers can be anything really, public speaking, expert at Excel, speaking multiple languages, or maybe being a Division 1 golfer and a golf coach. Oh yeah, we hired a ringer! And while Andy and I haven't golfed in years, we are up for it now! We had a great time and were proud sponsors at the 29th Annual IUP Business Golf Classic at the amazing Longue Vue Club in Verona. Rolling in at 8 under par made it a lot more fun as well. While I can't golf with one arm, driving a beer cart one-handed might just be one of my super powers. ### [Laurie Kuzneski](https://www.kuzneski.com/blog/author/laurie-kuzneski) Laurie Kuzneski is Director of Client Development, and is the resident Culture Guru, funny girl, and often the voice of KIG.
