The evening out in Pittsburgh at the Fox Chapel Country Club was filled with great conversation, incredible golf course views and a delicious meal! Our new team members have been working hard in order to learn the 31 fundamentals that we live by at Kuzneski Insurance Group.  This particular event highlighted two fundamentals in particular, “Invest in Relationships” and “Listen Generously”.  Chris and Andrea both came back with stories of being able to engage with other professionals during the reception and were excited to hear about up and coming ventures in the region!  These fundamentals, in addition to the 29 others, help to keep our staff on track with the vision we set out to accomplish while handling client accounts and relationships.  To learn more about our fundamentals or how you can define your culture, contact our culture guru, Laurie Kuzneski at laurie {at} kuzneski.com. ### [Kuzneski Editors](https://www.kuzneski.com/blog/author/kuzneski-editors) From time to time there is a blog post or story written that no one wants to take credit for.
